About Me
My name is Jackie Schroeder. I grew up in central Illinois, in a school district very similar in size and heart to KP. I was active in several school sports, groups, and clubs during my middle and high school years. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois. Shortly after passing the exam to become a Registered Nurse I began my career as a school nurse in Aurora, Illinois. I was a school nurse at two elementary schools in West Aurora from 2012-2017. I married my husband, a local farmer, in July 2017, and moved to Iowa. We welcomed our son, Isaiah, in December 2020. In my free time I enjoy reading, crafting, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and spending time with family and my pug, Gracie.
